Do I need to have a PayPal account to redeem my gift certificate?
No. Event at West Egg and PayPal are separate companies. Gift
certificate customers do not need a PayPal account to redeem Event
at West Egg certificates. We utilize PayPal as our credit card
processor for regular orders. Opening an account with PayPal is
a personal choice.
How long do I have to redeem my Event at West Egg certificate?
Customers have from February 6, 2006 to August 6, 2006 to redeem
certificates. Requests to redeem after August 6, 2006 will not
be honored.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
To redeem your certificate, please take a moment to visit our
policy page.
Your gift certificate item will be shipped by regular UPS ground
service only to destinations within the continental US.
**Please make arrangements for someone to sign for your package
on arrival. **
Your certificate is good toward one Daisy purse in white,
ivory or silver. If you desire Daisy in one of our custom colors,
you will need to place a regular order (including shipping and
applicable taxes).
**As of 3/15/06** If you are redeeming your 'special' Event
at West Egg gift certificate please accept our apologies but our
supplier can no longer offer this purse in silver. We can ship
in white/silver metal or ivory/gold metal. We are truly sorry
for the inconvenience.
Please do not try to redeem your certificate through the 'buy
now' buttons on the Daisy product page. Redemption of certificates
will be processed by email and not through our credit card processor.
To redeem please provide us with your name, shipping address,
desired color and certificate code in an email to info@eventatwestegg.com.

What will Event at West Egg do with my personal information,
I provide, to redeem my gift certificate?
Keeping your personal information private is
of the utmost importance to Event at West Egg.
Our gift certificate customer's names, addresses and emails
will be kept in the strictest confidence. Event at West Egg will
not sell or share this information to a third party. The
only communication you will receive from us will be for the purposes
of processing you order. You will not receive from us any newsletters,
sale announcements or new product alerts by phone, mail, email
or any other means. Event at West Egg reserves the right to keep
gift certificate customers personal information, they have provided,
for record keeping purposes only.
If you would like to receive future announcements from Event
at West Egg please send us an email.
The code on my certificate is not working when I try to place
an order.
Gift certificates will be handled via email and not through our
regular order processing.
Can I redeem my certificate while placing an order?
No. Redeeming and placing orders will be handled separately.
Certificates will be handled through email. Regular orders will
be processed through PayPal. To redeem your gift certificate,
please read the above instructions. To place regular orders, please
follow the 'buy now' buttons.
What happens to my gift certificate? Can I use the gift certificate
code for future offers?
No. All gift certificate codes will be 'retired'
upon redemption or 'expire' after August 6, 2006.
Will Event at West Egg overnight my gift certificate item?
